We took the kids to the Homecoming Parade this morning, on the way home we stopped to get pictures of the kids with pumpkins. We have yet to capture a picture of Kade smiling at the camera.

When I picked up Katie from school today she was concerned about an envelope that her teacher put in her homework notebook, and wanted to know what this envelope was all about. Thinking she might be in trouble this is what we found in the envelope...

My nephew Ethan (my brother's son) has the cutest website, he is 4 years old. Ethan lives in California with his 2 sisters, Elle and Hannah, also his parents. My brother has been creating the website for my nephew, if you have a Batman fan in your family they will love it.

White Pumpkins

According to all the decorating gurus white pumpkins are the latest rage. So...

If you now want white pumpkins, go to Walmart and buy the pumpkins near the craft section, $1 each then spray paint them with ivory or off white paint. I painted the stems with brown craft paint, because that's what I had on hand.



Now I'm working on Katie's room, got some great ideas from home interior person, will post more on this later when I upload pics.
